Stereo Tool

Next version will have greatly improved limiting behavior and the ability to limit the original stereo as well.

Hans can you upload skin pack? Mine somehow does not work.

Here's my skin directory.

Important: The FILES must be placed in the same directory as Stereo Tool. Not the 'SKINS' directory!

CHANGES:
- Added settings to control limiter response speed.
- Changed default speed settings to get a much more constant sound level without jumping up and down
- Highpass and lowpass (!) filter added
- Added option to also limit the input stereo level.

OLDER:
- Stereo Delay now also visible in other than 'Extreme Tweaker' mode
- Stereo Delay limiter added. Also in case of existing extreme stereo it is switched off completely.
- Stereo Delay now also works with 0 delay (behaves more like Stereo Boost).
- Stereo Delay does not boost bass below 150 Hz, with a slope going up to 300 Hz.
- Natural Dynamics worked slightly different in version 7.43 and 7.44, and it turns out that it sounded worse (the bass is boosted much longer, causing excessive bass). Sound of version 7.42 is restored.
- New stereo widener added, based on techniques used in some famous stereo wideners since the 1980's. For now (I will change this) only available in Extreme Tweakers mode. See below.

TODO:
- Compare sound against that of version 7.44 (I don't trust the reports that the CPU load is lower, something might be wrong). DONE, I don't see any difference here in either audio (except in ND) or CPU load
- Add gate to stereo delay, and think of a better name
- Check nelson c's 7.44 problem (Juli@ driver issue?)
- Wait for feedback and maybe improve stereo delay further

I found that Difference checkbox on the new Stereo delay is affecting the MB behavour when checked . Same is for Natural Dinamics and "Noise remove" . Delossifier and "Bass boost" has No affection with "difference" enabled. Or may be at least i don`t see it. Why is that ?

with "affection" i mean that after enabling , the MB is trying to "compensate" the "differenced" sound. The right thing must be to hear only the "difference" , right? Not that "difference" to pass through all the processing after it..

True. I should change the behavior to output the DIFF signal directly without performing the rest of the processing - but I haven't done that yet.

Very good . Will be useful to check all "Difference" checkboxes because i may not check all ot them right. Just want to focus to the problem cause i found it "not like it should be"

Many other filters need same, like ND or solo's in MB..

Does St 7.45 003 need more cpu that 7.42????
