Hey, in case this is useful to anyone. I rigged up a portable MPX source for my transmitter using a FiiO X1 audio player. Cheap 192khz portable - got mine from Amazon for 99 GBP. I routed the output of ST Standalone via a virtual cable into Audacity, where I recorded it in 192khz/24bit. Then saved that as a FLAC file. Whacked it on a micro SD, stuck in the FiiO, and voila. Perfect full MPX output from the line-out - with Stereo, RDS and RT intact. Hope that helps someone! |
