Where would a preset like this be useful? I can't imagine a commercial application for it in the US. To my ears, there's far too much distortion. It's "boomy", with a lot of mid-lows. Highs tend to pull the rest of the audio back (agc?). Voices have a heavily clipped sound to them, which will lead to very short listening times (women are very sensitive to this kind of distortion). There's very little detail to the music. Once it hits that brick wall, much of it turns to mush. With respect to your commercial aspirations, I'm not sure this is a salable preset... unless this kind of sound has some sort of European popularity I haven't heard about. Possible, I suppose. Present US conversion for the Euro puts your asking price far higher than the cost of the entire processor. Sorry, but after about 5 minutes, my ears hurt and I had to turn it off. |

Haven't listened yet. But I've just come back from Paris where we set up a station that was running at +10.5 instead of +10... That was with an Omnia.11 + 9sg |

Crap preset, extremely distortion sound. Wrong prepared preset for high dbr. |

Many stations in Greece overmodulate like crazy, some to the point of regular losing of stereo on modulation peaks. So he made this preset to "compete" with these stations loudness-wise, while staying within the 75 kHz limit. And yes, it does sound like feces, even on a tiny tablet speaker. |

Wow , you where right , the last night i ve made something bad with the declipper settings. Most of distortion was made from false declipping on the first stage of proccesing. Now the declipper is working with default settings. Probably this was the most of the distortion. Check it if it's better. ( edited settings : mp3 dirty area -and - ignore samples ) It is possible to ...modify a preset after sales  IS THERE ANYONE WHO HAVE MADE A 9 OR 10 OR 11 dbr LOUD PRESET for FM BROADCAST ? All stereotool presets are under 6 dbr ?? !! |

Feedback is always important for anything! Thanks for your comments, i changed many settings especialy on the final stages of proccesing. DO NEVER WORK audio proccesing changes AT NIGHT You can hear the FM radiostation at 320 kbps ( for no overshoots ) private stream. On FM it is even more loud becuse of Advanced Clipper effect. So, imagine how more loud it is Just crazyyy!  http://stream.cretanservers.gr/fmbroadcast mp3 320 kbps PRIVATE TESTING link. I am planning to sell massively the ...loudest preset on the planet when Hans makes this possible. ( 900 euros is ok ) p.s. The reason of this price is THE LOUDNESS . You can modify the preset for less distortion ( if found on new version ( v2 ) but you cannot distribute it or re-sell it as is or modified.

Here's the original "Attack of the Camclones" pic by Abraham Perez. "Attack of the Camclones" is actually a (really loud) built-in preset in the Omnia.9!
