Lately, I've noticed this forum and downloads are slower than old dial-up speeds. Is anyone else having problems loading pages or downloading files? Tapping my fingers while waiting . . .

I've just sent a report to my webhost. I'm seeing a slower download time for files as well, but in the order of 10 seconds for an installer, so not disastrous. But from packzap I understood that on his end downloading that same file took 5 minutes, which is insane. I should probably add that I'm pretty close to one of the biggest internet backbones (Amsterdam) in the world, I'm guessing that the people who are complaining are living elsewhere...

Currently in UK - Usually I get long access/response times to www (probably DNS or even router problem), but downloads go insanely fast for most sites, except the stereotool.com.
