 Post subject: Rise-FM 92.2 FM sound

Some experimental sound and tries to do something same as commercial sound in st. petersburg. But currently too far from it.
Core 2 Duo 2.60 GHz, 2GB DDR2, C-Media PCI+Juli@+Realtek HDA, ST 7.50
Broadcasting on FM+Internet
Some tips and advices will be welcome
