I have this sound card. It's perfect when I'm running AIMP3 with StereoTool DSP but it's not working when it's standalone. I couldn't do it. Any ideas ? |

Do you get an error message? Several sound cards cannot do input and output simultaneously in Windows Vista and 7 (don't know about 8), but those cards do work in ASIO mode... |

No message anything. I'm selecting "Speakers (SB Audigy)" in the Normal Output but still no input signal. I also tried it with ASIO but it didn't work again. My settings in Mixer (Windows): 16 bit 48000 Hz |

Which color is the bar that shows the buffer filling? |

You must put something to ST input. Use VAC or 'other' routed channel from your soundcard for input. Play something on that channel. |

It's filled blue and filled whole bar. Input bar is full output bar is half with no sound.Quote: You must put something to ST input. Use VAC or 'other' routed channel from your soundcard for input. Play something on that channel.
Okay I'll try it. Thanks ![]() |

Yup then there should be no error - indeed if you don't feed it any audio you'll get silence as output. (Why are you using the stand alone version?) |

Yeah there is no error but there is no process too.Quote: indeed if you don't feed it any audio you'll get silence as output.
I know that if input is in the use I can't use any program who needs sound input because there is one input. I tried it with clean input. But it didn't work too. I tried ASIO but it's not still processing it.

Some games is being more effective with stereo echance and natural dynamics. That's why I want to use standalone version. But I'll work it out.

So as Bojcha said you need to send the sound to ST. Itdoes process now but it processes silence... |

Thanks both of you. I got it worked with VAC as Bojcha said. ![]() ![]() |
