I see no reason why it wouldn't work? For any Windows program, it's just a sound card... (This one would not be suitable for FM though, since it doesn't support 192 kHz). |

I wonder if anyone has used this 192 KHz USB interface from Yellowtec: http://www.yellowtec.de/products-lp/puc2-lp/puc2.html |

Thanks hzv. Then Steinberg UR22 (192 KHz / 24 Bits) should work satisfactorily. http://www.steinberg.net/en/products/au ... /ur22.html But how reliable is this USB Interface for Stereo Tool? |

This is scary: Frequency Response +0.1/-0.6dB, 20Hz to 20kHz Strange if it supports upto 192 kHz.... Also, I don't know how 'perfect' it is - any change in the signal (for example a highpass filter in the output to remove DC offsets) causes the MPX signal to deteriorate. |

OK, thank you, new attempt: Tascam US-366 (192 KHz - 24 Bits). 10Hz to 68kHz, +0.5/-3.0dB http://tascam.com/product/us-366/specifications/ |

Actually I meant to say that I don't believe the freq response statement from the Steinberg device, it just doesn't make any sense to support 192 kHz and not output those high frequencies. About this new card, I don't really know what this means? MIC IN to LINE OUT 10Hz to 68kHz, +0.5/-3.0dB 10Hz to 40kHz, +0.5/-3.0dB I just want to know the output behavior, input is less interesting... And why are there 2 values? 40 kHz would be too low, 68 is (just) enough. Although -3 dB is also pretty much, depending on where it starts. etc.... ![]() In most cases, you need to test a device to know how suitable it is - it's not always possible to read everything from the specs. For example, Creative cards should be fine if you read the specs - freq response is good - but they change other things in the signal (phase effects among others) making them completely unsuitable. |

I think that 10Hz to 40kHz, +0.5/-3.0dB is for US-322 USB audio interface, and 10Hz to 68kHz, +0.5/-3.0dB is for US-366 USB audio interface. Do you know any USB Aundio Interface compatible with Stereo Tool? |

Thanks bojcha. EMU 0202: Frequency Response (min gain, 20Hz-20kHz): +0.0/-0.07dB Are you really sure? http://www.creative.com/emu/products/pr ... &pid=15186 Have you tested this USB Audio Interface? |
