hi! admin just installed windows7 64bit with creative recon 3D sound card also stereotool 7.31 and noticed stereo imagining not working any info ????????????? I also run another computer windows 7 64bit with 7.31 stereotool well as a x-Fi creative sound card and have no probs at all. just letting you know as your website mentions about letting you know about any bugs. cheers Gary :roll: posting.php?mode=post&f=2#

Stereo Imaging? You mean Stereo Image? Not FM or anything but just listening directly? And what does not work exactly? (There are a lot of sliders there).

O and is this the Stereo Tool standalone version, and if so 32 or 64 bits? Or VST (32 or 64), or DSP?

hi! it is 64 bit version winamp add on just listening AND transmitting over the net where stereo bars show one green for stereo boost and two blue for stereo image the two blue bars don't show at all as the feed back I get from room on the net telling me to turn on my stereo hoping that helps understanding my problem thanks gary

In Stereo Tool click on the meter/window stereo image where the two blue bars don't show > it opens Processing > Stereo > goto Stereo Image > click on "Stereo Image Enabled" [now your meter will be on, the two blue bars]

Hi! Valiant as your instructions processing/stereo/stereo imageing/this option is not available the only options are azimuth and stereo boost as for where the 2 blue bars are these area's are totally greyed out tried a reinstall as well as installing all versions of stereotool and have the same problem same thing stereo imagineing greyed out,this problem only accured when I upgraded from stereotool 7.30 to 7.31 also upgraded from windows xp =stereotool 7.30 / windows7/64 bit =7.31 that's when the problem exists ;running the latest version of winamp pro, soundcard is creative recon 3D,as I am thinking here with those areas greyed out stereo image is not installing ??????? and goes for all versions I tried installing same prob ???????? total head spin here posting.php?mode=reply&f=2&t=4996# cheers Gary

Ooooooooowwwww!

Try this:
Configuration -> Operting mode
And set it to something higher

The reason that these options are not displayed by default is that they usually damage the sound quality; I would advice against using it. Unless you want to convert to mono.

Oops! Did I forget to say that you need to have your configuration > Operating Mode > set to "Expert" or "Extreme Tweaker" before that menu item will appear. :oops:
