| Post subject: | Will Stereo Tool work with Zara Radio software? |
Hello all I am new here. I am posting to ask if this stereo tool software will work with Zara Radio software. I am in need of some sort of audio processor that works with Zara Radio Free version and if it can be attached to the the MIXER settings under Zara Radio's Options. Is this possible? The software I have downloaded is stereo_tool_standalone_installer.exe since I DO NOT wish to use Winamp as my broadcasting software, can this software still be used? (Note: I am aware that it works with SAM broadcaster and I am evaluating the latest version of SAM, however, I have found Zara Radio easier to program both Station ID, Time signals, air temperature and humidity audio files into my program schedule.) If it supports DSP or VST plugins then it's possible. If not.. only solution is VAC and Stereo Tool Standalone. |

I have Zara Radio working with Stereo Tool on Win7, you need some kind of virtual audio device first, then you can use any program that's capable of playing audio. I installed "Streaming Video Recorder" as it comes with a virtual audio device (use google to find it), the virtual sound card shows up as "Apowersoft_AudioDevice" in device manager and I just select this is the default audio playback device in windows sound settings, and input in Stereo Tool. |
