Hello:
I've been asking for it for a long time. They answered me that they would incorporate it again but until these updates they do not appear. It is very important to calibrate the output of StereoTool with the Sound Card and the MPX Input of the Transmitter. Additionally, as shown in the screenshot, it showed the level of demodulated audio when using the Clipper settings. They were very useful.

Best regards.-

Among trend where many things are never really finalized, on top of that meters functionality are diminished more and more over time, especially in new GUI.
So we must accept and adapt.

Passive aggression is not helpful to anybody. I'll ask about this.

Do you want to see it somewhere else?

Hi Hans:
Yes, I see them there and I think they are fine where they are, but the MPX meter is not an instantaneous response, it is like a long-term response. Is it possible to implement it or add an instant response MPX meter like in the previous GUI?

Best regards.-

Isn't MPX measured over 60 seconds, hence the slowness of it?

Before, the meter's response was instantaneous. With the new GUI that changed. If you can see now, the reference that the MP meter has is 0 and 6, so I imagine that is 0 dbr and +6 dbr. In South America and many other countries this type of measurement is not used (the law does not require it) but it does require that the maximum level (Instantaneous) be 75 kHz. If the FM Encoder option is not used and the transmitter is fed with an audio processor for the Left and Right Channel, it is easy, but if you use the FM Encoder it becomes more difficult to calibrate 100% so that it remains at the 75 kHz required by the law.

Hi, the 100% is just where the level is clipped, it never goes above that. The "O" meter that goes from 0 to -30 dB shows that output level. That corresponds to the green meters in the old GUI. If that's not what you mean. can you point at the exact meter that you're missing? Everything should be there, definitely everything that's needed to calibate FM.

Hi Hans:
In this video the lost meter appears: It is just the white meter that is to the left of the green meters

That should be the darker blue color in the "O" meters. (Aside from that, how are you using this meter to calibrate anything?)
