It's not clear what you actually want dense vs dynamic material. Do you want dense to also be more dynamic or just that both came out at same/similar loudness level?
1st one is problem that can never be fully solved. 2nd is, you don't want clipper to detect anything, it's job to clip and that's it.
Proper preset already do what you want, balancing dense vs dynamic material at minimal loudness difference. On super dense material you just need to make sure that it's bearly touches clipper or less then that (threshold), and that's it. Proper preset will make dynamic material to go more into clipper (agc+mb). And since it's still not ideal, it's best way how you can do it in any processor.
