Post subject:  Make all sound under 150 Hz mono
Hi,

I've read an article somewhere that stated when you make all frequencies below 150 Hz mono, the annoying feedback from record players is dramatically reduced.

Is there allready a way to do this in Stereotool or can you implement something like this?
If not, can you make an adjustment to place te EQ in front of the AGC?

Hi. Mono bass is already there! Under advanced clipper / multipath stereo ;)

Hi,

I knew that but that feature is at the end of the processing chain and the annoying rumble feedback is allready amplified by Stereotool. Therefore something like that should be at the beginning of processing. But i guess it's not possible... Now i need to fix the amplifying of this rumble with release gates, but i'm not really content with how that works for me.

Sure it should be somewhere at start of processing, also it's easy possible to be there. We just don't know why it is at end (among other things).

What if the Center Bass on the Stereo Image page was more configurable? Would that be early enough in the chain?

Perhaps, i don't know which is more easy to do. Maybe a checkbox within the mono bass section that let's you configure the feature to "at start of processing".
