this is so simple processing .. just normalization. And thy have lowpass filter to around 10.5kHz .. but i think that is because their codec (Layer-I or II)

So for this load preset "WebRadio Soft Compression" From Stereo Tool, turn off Loudness and even Final Limiter, set lowpass to 10-11kHz.

Where is the low pass?

"Bandpass" filter > second slider

I wish my stream was as clear as theirs at 64kbs with mp3

Don't understand you now ..
You recorded 128kbps mono!? Their is 64k mono or 64k stereo ?
Anyway .. with this settings you will have good (same sound) as theirs. with 64k mono.
But they don't send stream in mp3! That is why they have cut at 10kHz.

They are streaming at 64kbs stereo...in mp3 and aac and flash.

It has to be something to do with StreamTheWorld's servers.
