What kind of improvements do you think could be made to the Final Limiter?

@hans, i noticed DIFF isn't working for Final limiter in latest beta.

I'm not planning any yet... If you really want this and don't mind the increased CPU load, you can instead use Loudness at x1.01...

I will post my " preset " in a few days when it will be 100% ready.

its the loudest and also acceptable clean FM sound ever created in Greece

orban loudness meter goes crazy with this preset and my station is playing 73 khz deviation and it plays louder than 180 KHz stations !!!

There have been several tests performed on domestic CD players with signals known to produce inter-sample peaks, with interesting results. The tests indicate that some players are quite capable of handling the peaks without audible results, but some models produce audible clipping.

That is why you need a hard limiter

- Final Limiter automatically bypassed when Loudness is turned on. (Display still works!) [Waiting for complaints! Is there a reason to want to be able to turn it on anyway?]
