I don't know yet. There are 192 kHz cards available (at a very low price even) but I have no idea yet if they are any good.

This might work (NOT TESTED!!!):

No.. Too busy to go to all these places (there are so many of them), I visit the NAB and IBC and that's basically it...

beta 001 and 008 are not good with buffers/sync or something there. I updated from 7.73

edit:
When sync is ON or AUTO, it seems buffer is not full on soundcard restart or program start. it drops till it's synced (since i use somewhat 0.06% relative adjust). 008 is even worse.
Can't confirm this here, the behavior seems to be ok. I do see that sliders don't get enabled/disabled when they should, but I don't see that buffers aren't 50% filled. Tried multiple times, both OFF, ON and AUTO, both for FM Transmitter Synchronization and Synchronize to output; all the output buffers are around 50% filled on every attempt.

Can you tell me what happens exactly?

Edit: After checking with Bojcha, behavior seems to be the same as in 7.73. Will remove this from the todo list.

May be he talks about when you enable disable Normal out, it`s buffer is empty one time, one time is OK. I reported this time ago.

I needed to mention that this does not happen in Win7, just in XP.

Huh? Can you re-test the older version to make sure it's not something that changed in your XP? (It cannot be an update of course, lol). Because I looked through the code and I cannot find anything that would explain this. All that changed is that "Auto" mode is added. Which behaves either like "On" or like "Off". On and Off themselves aren't changed - or at least shouldn't be. And XP and Win7 should not behave differently at all... :(

There are other changes but they are not related to synchronization.

Hey guys,

I just want to tell you that from yesterday i have a FX-4300 Vishera 4 core beast :)
Happy with that - double more cores now. I only wonder how it`s possible the stock cooler to handle this ? It`s like my stock cooler for the old dual core Athlon II 240e . Anyone can answer ? If i close the case , the temperature goes to over 50 deg. I stop the "turbo core" and let the case open for now. It gets about 40 deg.
Not a smart move-basically your CPU has TWO (yes, two) modules (not cores), ONE floating point and TWO integer units, EACH. So FPU-wise you only have 2 cores - more/less this will give you a performance of a regular i3 processor (55W) at 95W TDP envelope ;)

And yes - I know them well - I'm telling you this from a user's perspective: FX8320, FX6300, Athlon IIx2 250, Athlon IIx4 620, i7 3770, i5 2400, i3 3220T, G1610, G1610T, E6420, E6300.

In ST this i3 3220T (35W) outperformed FX6300 (95W) just efortlessly. Moreover FX6300 couldn't handle the newer versions of ST up to 7.71 (one thread reached 100%, the second up to 80 - and it was causing the ST to eat all the buffers immidiately - no matter what the core settings were.).

Regarding the cooling thing - this was my cooler for FX8320/FX6300 (believe me, for FX8320 it was a MUST, and it was raching up to 55 C in the summer, with excellent airflow within the case):

Now I have it dissasembled - I just got fed up with such a waste of power for no gain.

I have a friend works at computer firm. He CONFIRM to me that intel is a SLOW motion SNAIL !
So i3 (2 CORES) to be better than 6 core CPU is the most stupid thuing i`ve ever heard !

P.s: Excuse me but the intel socket with these electrical buds is a fuc*ing incredible DUMB connection that Intel can ever provide.
I`m familiar with the electrics , so don`t tell me i must have this type of socket ... please.

Also i put my old stock cooler from the 240e (45W) to the new 4300 , and have no problem let`s say on 75% load (tested!) Than i change it with a little bit old one from sempron 2800+ . Believe me it can handle all the 4300 load . This is tested too. Not more than 60 degree .
Now with the Arctic Cooling 64 pro rev2 , this 4300 is 54 degree at most. without load is 37.
