I have a ST 8.00 running in this configuration:

- Input via VLC
- Output via VLC to Icecast

When I start the program first time and I enter all streaming info everything is working fine
When i restart the program, the sound is distorted and too slow on Icecast and the Soundcard Output looks like in the attached screenshot.

I have to delete the ST INI File and reconfigure it, but it works only until ST is restarted.

Did you do anything special, was it just running, did you click on something, ...?

I think the track switched that moment and it played but with ST just passing through audio, no processing done.

anyone know how I can get MagicRDS to talk to ST?

I always get Comunicaion error in MagicRDS but I've set it to connect to TCP/IP Server and set Stereo UECP port to ASCII

Try to set it unidirectional.
But, in the overall, I don't know if it works as it should...

PS: willl there be a way I could store RDS in StereoTool or read it into MagicRDS from it?

as PS won't change it probably needs to be stored in encoder for this to work

Think Stereotool was not developed to meet MagicRDS standards yet
