The number in Stereo Tool doesn't actually show CPU load, but the percentage of time spent during processing. So when that gets very close to 100% you'll get problems. Even if Stereo Tool wouldn't be doing much and would just be waiting to get some CPU time this value can be high.

I will try when I get home from Prague.

Hmmm ok
So I have a problem with transit of audio, I need to find where the bottleneck is in my system.
Gonna discuss this in "hardware forum" because it's kinda off topic from the Beta releases.

@damien: Why would you want that??? You want the modulation peaks to be below 38 kHz instead of 75?
The problem is when i can use a loudness sound > 4-5dbr, il need to reduce the sound card for not make overshoots (>75khz). i have make calibration and i have tested with a VX222 and a ESI Juli@, it's the same way.

But i understand or i lost anything :(

If you want i send my preset

For me , if you have a high dbr preset WITH COMPOSITE CLIPPING ...( 8, 9 , 10 dbr at 75 khz ) you need to play at max 62 khz deviation (stereo at 10% and rds at 9 % on 62 khz ...so it will be normal at 62 khz )

62 khz for me ( or even lower... ) is the best for multipath and low signal areas.

YOU CANNOT IMAGINE HOW MANY EXTRA LISTENERS YOU WILL HAVE WITH THIS .

( it is better to be with a loud preset at 62 khz ....than using ITU masks...that make your sound unatural )

There are people who are running at +10 dB with my processing without overshoots. Pilot and RDS at default levels. You must be doing something wrong - either that or your transmitter is broken. Did you load a built-in FM preset?

Note to self: nieuw framework, haal x samples op en stuur ze ergens heen. Common functies voor controlesignaal overlaps. Even helemaal los ontwikkelen.

All of a sudden I received this error and it won't go away!

I tried installing 7.84 and 7.85 betas, error still appears on opening Stereo Tool.

Can you send me your .ini file? Since it happens in all these versions I'm expecting it to reproduce here as well.
