Finally built a PC myself with an i5 3330. SSD memory in stead of harddrive, I know has no advantage for ST, but less heat in the computer box. Windows Vista (haha really) at 64 bit and Trace Alpha. Works like a charm.
The King FM preset. Composite clipper with Stokkemask activated even the built in spectrum analyzer doesn't make any troubles.
Taskmanager says: CPU max. 42%, first two windows of history CPU-usage are low, the second two at the half or a bit higher. Memory 1,36 GB (that's more than my Mac did)
CPU strictness 12, composite clipping strictness (CPU) 13.
FM output:
Buffer size 0.030. ASIO granularity 800 smp. latency: 0.341 proc + 0.042 buff = 0.383 sec. The green bar isn't tall maximum 1 centimeter till almost nothing, does that mean I can't get less latency with some fine tuning?
