Could you try this?
- Cause ST to crash
- Then, before you kill ST, go to Task Manager, right-click on the Stereo Tool process and click on 'Generate dump'.
If you can send me that file I *might* be able to find where it came from.
(Btw - are you using the 32 or 64 bit version of Stereo Tool?)
