okay, back home from vacation, the only file i see is

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\dsp_Stereo_Tool.presets

The folder is empty.

Okay, it does exist, i did the wrong thing.

The easiest way to find the lines containing the frequencies you want to change is to change one in the GUI to something unique and then search for that number in your text editor. This should take you to the right block.
