Stereo Tool :: Stereo Tool 10.40

I upgraded a ST-Enterprise setup and my input Axia stream numbers mostly got scrambled. Instance 1 and 5? were fine. The others all needed tweaking. I didn't think to check the instance configuration files in the user directory until after I had gotten it fixed.

Fixing that was made more difficult as my overview web page shows all the instances as unavailable. Thankfully the direct link [IP]:8001/instance[x]/ still works fine.

Perhaps my installation steps were incorrect? I stopped the service, ran the installer, restarted the service.

Running 10.40 as a service on Windows Server 2019

This is very scary. How were they "scrambled"? And the unavailable thing is weird as well, if they were working. This seems to point at a bug in the new version, but it's not something that we're aware of. And I don't know what could be causing it. Any more info would be very welcome.

Mac's VST is still broken on Adobe Audition and non-functional.

Right after the upgrade, both the Device and the Channel numbers had things different than my notes. I have never used Device, so perhaps going from unconfigured to a new default sent us down a path? Some Livewire channels were lower numbers I saw a 3xx and high numbers 2xxxx, there didn't seem to be a pattern.

5303 SRC3 (offline?)
20036 USY
(not detected)

If so, could you send me your main .ini file plus the directory with the .ini files for all instances? That would be something like C:\Users\username\ST-Enterprise.ini plus C:\Users\username\ST-Enterprise.instances.
