Stereo Tool

I am using the built-in streaming engine. I'd like to include the Artist - Title info for the current track. This information is stored in a file on a network drive. In my case d:\dropbox\filename.txt.

In the Track Data section I activated the first 'From file' button and entered d:\dropbox\filename.txt in the 'File name' field.
I activated the next 'From file' button and left the 'From' field empty
The 'up to' field contains ' - '
I activated the next 'From file' button
The 'From' filed contains ' - '
The 'up to' field remains empty

However, the Artist - Title info from the file is not being sent. What Am I doing wrong or missing here?
