Stereo Tool

Hi folks

I am looking for a decent 4 in 4 out audio interface , internal ( no PCI ) , USB or firewire.
The interface must have balanced ins & outs and MUST run ASIO , there is no need for 192 KHZ operation but 192 K is a nice extra
We used a M Audio Delta 44 but its malfunctioning sometimes so we are looking for someting else.

We also have the Focusright Scarlett 6i6 but the audio routing is a problem and stereotool crashes when we try to use the Scarlett in ASIO mode
The crash happens when we try to switch on channel 3 and 4 for the low latency output to the mixing console for monitoring / announcement
Normal out in asio mode runs fine on 1/2
This all happens on win 8.1

We dont want to run the radio automation over the mixing console because of energy saving .

suggestions for a decent interface are highly appreciated

Hi Marthijn,

Can you try the crashing thing again with the latest beta? There was a bug in the ASIO code (has been there for a long time) that I just solved last week, which could cause crashes when switching channels.

I will test ST on the Focusright Scarlett when the rest of the Dizgo radio crew gives me the green light.
